Byron Ferguson and Toni Perez met in theater in 1991, dated, and eventually married. While living together, Toni floated the idea of sending a Christmas letter to friends and family. Byron hated the idea. Unable to deter Toni, Byron came up with a diabolical plan to subvert the genre. Over the years, friends, family, and a growing list of interested parties have commented that these are the best Christmas letters they’ve ever read. Of course, the bar is set pretty low. Here we preserve and share the letters that have made the Fergusons infamous, along with the occasional other family example, article, or link to some cool Christmas stuff.
